  • Working with Caroline out in nature has really opened my eyes to the fact that I spend most of my time stuck inside my head. I’m constantly thinking and worrying about things and then assuming that my thoughts are reality. I now understand that thoughts are simply thoughts and that my experience of the world is completely different to anyone else’s. This process is helping me know myself better and like myself more.

  • This whole experience has been transformative and revelatory. I feel worlds better, not just after the sessions but also now I’m able to take it back home with me. It’s helped me to just sit in the moment, slow down and relax in myself. The sessions have really taught me how to connect with my own physical senses, so I’m more aware of when I’m tensing up and getting stressed. Now I know how to stop this from happening.

  • Thank you Caroline, for making this experience so wonderfull. It was a relaxing, informative and fun day spent in nature. We did a group activity, making a mandala on the forest floor to celebrate the Celtic festival of Beltane. It was very special.
